My name is Mike Garcia. I am one of the newest members of the Carson Nissan family. My passion is meeting all the customers and learning about the relationships they have with their cars and the stories behind them. Providing customers with prompt and personal service creates lots of smiles and allows me to be part of the solution to their automotive needs. anissan review of Mike Garcia:
My first visit to this Carson Nissan and WOW it was GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. My appt was at 7am, I pulled in to the dealer at 645am and was welcomed with a Good Morning Sir how can I help you this morning? I informed the service advisor what was I there for and it was my first time there. He took all my info down and I asked him what the time frame was? He said we will call you in about 1 hour or so. A little over an hour passed I received a call saying that my car was ready. I could not believe it. Mike said your breaks are fine. So here is the thing right the price?? He said no charge just come pick it up. I am so glad that I took a chance on this Carson Nissan Dealer. I cant remember a time I had such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially at a car dealer. Anyone who reads this I recommend that they get their car serviced there. I shook Mikes hand he told me thank you for coming in today your car was washed and visit the cashier and your car will be waiting in front for you when you are done. I signed the paper walked out and my clean car was ready. Thanks Carson Nissan!!!!

Larry Morales

Growing up my father always stressed to me the value of honesty and hard work. Unfortunately, those traits are often hard to find in people these days. When I began working at Carson Nissan, I was surprised by the dedication every employee here demonstrates by their quality of work and the respect they show to each and every customer. Laice went completely put of her way to make me very happy and comfortable with the purchase of my new car. Richard was kind and did everything possible to make sure that i would get what i wanted. Rob went over every single option of the vehicle in specific detail and made sure that i understood everything. Mike Garcia in service, went over how i need to service the vehicle and how often.
