Sales Associates

The New and Used Vehicle Sales Associate is directly responsible for selling vehicles to customers. The Associate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

Experienced Mechanics

As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Service Detail Porters

The service detail technician is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior surfaces on sales and service vehicles as well as new and used inventory in a safe and efficient manner.

Service Advisors

The service consultant is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to customers. The service consultant is the dealership's first-line customer-relations and service representative.

F&I Manager

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for customer financial services activity in the dealership.

Internet Sales Associate

The role of the ISG is to respond effectively to all Internet-sourced vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership via email or in-bound phone calls on a dedicated Internet phone line. Their goal is to generate a response, set an appointment, meet with and sell a new or used vehicle to this customer while achieving acceptable levels of gross and customer delight with their experience.

Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate is responsible for recording various journal entries for general ledger.

Service Porter

The Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the maintenance and service of vehicles.
