  I was a first time car buyer and I went down the street to WIN Chevrolet and I one of the worst experiences of my car buying life. The car I wanted from the Chevorlet dealership was a nissian altima. Following their terrible customer service I figured since I want a Nissan might as well go to the Nissan dealership. When I first arrived at Nissan I was greeted by Jorge and Yensenia. First, I test drove a few cars with Yesenia, she was amazing with great people skills. She was a huge influence on helping me decide which car I wanted. Also Jorge was a tremendous help, I told him exactly what car I wanted and he found an altima that was a year newer, fewer miles and most importantly a CPO with a factory warranty. All these things combined with Jorge's honesty and straight forward attitude we closed the deal right away, and I walked away with my new car and was a satisfied customer

  I had been to other Nissan dealerships before the dealership in Carson. We couldn't work out the deal and I felt pressure too buy at other dealerships. I'm so freaking glad that I went to Carson Nissan. It was even better because of Daniel Rivera. I told him exactly what I wanted to do and he was ever so accommodating. He delivered some of the best service I have ever witnessed. He did everything in his power to set me up with a deal. Daniel and his general manager were easy to deal with. They didn't try to give me the run around. We worked things out quick and made the car buying process easy. This is the best Nissan dealership I have been too, I'm so glad I did business with them. Daniel Rivera was the man!! Hope to do business in the future again. Keep up the great work guys!!!

  Carson Nissan has improved!! My family and I have been to this Nissan location a few times in the past only to be frustrated and leaving disappointed without a purchase. This time around, with a couple fairly new team members--Juanito "Jun" Prodigalidad & Fausto Salazar--we were satisfied and left excited about our new car buy. Both Jun and Fausto provided excellent customer service, are knowledgeable, caring and helpful in assisting when it comes to meeting price range goals. They made us feel part of the Nissan family as well, encouraging continued business. Thanks guys!!
